About the Role

We are looking for a DiCopilot Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience building and deploying agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio.

Job Title: DiCopilot Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-on experience building and deploying agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio

Strong understanding of Power Automate flows and connectors

Minimum Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience building and deploying agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio

• Strong understanding of Power Automate flows and connectors

• Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem integration (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID)

• Experience configuring and tuning knowledge sources for retrieval-grounded conversational agents

• Working knowledge of prompt design and conversational flow design for enterprise use cases

• Ability to troubleshoot platform constraints (file size/page limits, indexing delays, connector failures)

• Strong stakeholder communication skills; ability to translate technical capability into business value
