DIDO Grader Operators

Workfast is seeking experienced UTS Grader Operators for ongoing projects in Central Queensland. We have multiple vacancies for operators highly skilled in final trim.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 12 months' experience in civil earthworks or road construction
• Demonstrated experience operating UTS (Universal Total Station) Graders for high-precision final trim
• Relevant RII competencies (Conduct civil construction grader operations)
• Strong safety focus and commitment to teamwork
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

• Operate UTS-equipped Graders safely and efficiently for precision civil works
• Execute high-precision final trim grading, pavement layers, and sub-grade preparation using UTS technology
• Work closely with surveyors and interpret site plans to achieve exact design tolerances
• Complete pre-start checks, report defects, and ensure machinery is well maintained
• Follow all site safety, environmental, and operational procedures
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
