Requirements
- Diploma/Certificate in Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field or at least 1 year experience in Die Attach process or similar process.
Job Responsibilities
- Set up and operate machines for NPI lots under engineer supervision.
- Collect CTQ data such bond line thickness, die placement accuracy, and visual inspection results.
- Assit engineers during process optimizations, DOE runs, and failure analysis.
- Communicate lot status, issues, and progress top responsible engineers.
- Maintain clear records and treacibility and all NPI related activities.
