About the role
Set up, operate, and monitor die attach and bonding machines (epoxy, eutectic, or film) in semiconductor assembly.
Key responsibilities
- Perform component changeovers, dispensing needle adjustments, and precise dispense weight checks
- Troubleshoot equipment issues such as pick-and-place errors, die tilt, and epoxy bleeding
- Conduct routine maintenance and calibration to ensure high placement accuracy and bond strength
- Record production output, scrap rates, and equipment performance metrics in the tracking system
About you
- SKM Level 2/3 or Diploma in Engineering
- Willing to work shift and on public holidays
