Die Casting Engineer / Supervisor / Leader 压铸工程师 / 主管 / 组长

1. Operate, monitor, and maintain die-casting machines to ensure stable and efficient production. 负责操作、监控并维护压铸机，确保生产稳定高效。
2. Prepare molds, raw materials, and equipment according to the daily production schedule. 根据每日生产计划准备模具、原料及相关设备。
3. Conduct routine machine checks, troubleshoot minor issues, and promptly report abnormalities. 定期检查设备，处理简单故障并及时汇报异常情况。
4. Ensure product quality through visual inspection and dimensional measurement according to specifications. 通过外观及尺寸检验，确保产品质量符合规格要求。
5. Accurately record production data, including output, defects, and machine performance. 准确记录生产数据，包括产量、不良品及设备运行状况。
6. Strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), safety regulations, and quality requirements. 严格遵守标准操作程序（SOP）、安全规定及品质要求。
7. Assist with mold changeovers, machine setup, and basic maintenance tasks. 协助进行模具更换、设备设定及基本保养工作。
8. Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve production issues. 与维修及品质部门合作，解决生产问题。
9. Maintain workplace cleanliness and orderliness in line with 5S standards. 维护工作区域的整洁与秩序，符合 5S 要求。
10. Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or production manager. 完成上司或生产主管交办的其他任务。

Job Requirements | 任职要求

1. Minimum qualification: SPM / Technical Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related fields. 最低学历为 SPM / 技术证书 / 机械或制造类相关文凭优先。
2. Experience in die-casting, metal forming, or production operations is an advantage. 具有压铸、金属成型或生产操作经验者优先。
3. Basic knowledge of machine operation and manufacturing processes. 具备基本机械操作知识及制造流程概念。
4. Ability to read simple engineering drawings is an added advantage. 能看懂简单工程图者优先考虑。
5. Responsible, disciplined, and a strong team player. 工作态度认真负责、有纪律性，并具备良好的团队合作精神。
6. Able to adapt to a fast-paced and high-temperature production environment. 能适应高温及节奏较快的生产环境。
7. Willing to work shifts, overtime, weekends, and public holidays when required. 能接受轮班、加班、周末或公共假期上班的安排。
