Name of Position: Die casting supervisor

1.Job Objective :-
Die Casting Shift In charge - Managing all shift related activities to deliver on QPCDSM.

2.Key Role & Responsibilities :-

1. He will be responsible for his shift related QPCDSM targets.
2. Planning & allocation of resources to optimize production as per plan.
3. Close monitoring of hour-by-hour output & taking actions on issues arising during the normal working.
4. Monitoring & controlling the die casting process parameters.
5. Die casting quality defect knowledge and troubleshooting to eliminate defect at die casting stage.
6. TMP and Lean management at die casting shopfloor.
7. He has to ensure adherence to all safety measures for his shift people.
8. Improvements on QPCDSM through TPM approach.
9. Operating Knowledge of Cobot /Robot / Industry 4.0 projects.

3.Qualification & Experience Required :-
BE/BTech/Diploma in production- 4 to 5 years' experience in pressure die casting.
He must have experience in HPDC Aluminum Castings and Cobot / Robot / Industry 4.0 in reputed organizations.
TPM and 5S knowledge and experience in earlier organization
