Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Die Cutter Operator to join our team at Glenmore Printing Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a die-cutting machine to produce high-quality printed products.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate die-cutting machine according to job specifications.
• Review job tickets and layouts to determine cutting specifications and ensure accuracy.
• Adjust machine settings to ensure proper alignment, registration, and cutting depth.
• Inspect finished products for quality and make adjustments as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance on the die cutting machine to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot any issues with the machine and make necessary repairs.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Communicate with supervisors and other team members to ensure efficient production.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience operating a die cutting machine in a printing or packaging environment.
• Familiarity with different types of die cutting tools and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret job tickets and layouts.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instuctions.

Schedule: 12hours shift overnight Monday to Wednesday or Thursday to Saturday 6:00 pm to 6:00 am with paid 30 minute Break.
