Die Cutting Machine Operator – Offset Packaging

We are looking for an experienced Die Cutting Machine Operator to operate and maintain die cutting machines Bobst Novacut used in the production of folding cartons and offset packaging products.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machines efficiently and safely.
• Set up dies, stripping tools, cutting plates, and job parameters according to specifications.
• Perform die-cutting, creasing, perforation, embossing, and stripping operations.
• Ensure accurate registration, cutting pressure, creasing, and finished product quality.
• Check job samples and maintain quality standards throughout production.
• Minimize paperboard wastage and machine downtime.
• Identify and troubleshoot common machine and die-cutting problems.
• Coordinate with the Production, Printing, and QC departments for smooth workflow.
• Maintain proper machine cleanliness, lubrication, and basic preventive maintenance.
• Follow all company safety and production procedures.
