Die-Cutting Operator

We are looking for a Die-Cutting Operator to join our new factory team in Johor. Job Responsibilities

• Maintain proper documentation and records
• Coordinate internal communication and support various departments
• Operate and perform setup for rotary die-cutting machines, flatbed die-cutting machines, laminating machines, and slitting equipment
• Handle machine setup, alignment, tooling adjustment, material loading, and production changeover
• Produce die-cutting products according to work orders, engineering drawings, and quality specifications
• Perform self-inspection and in-process quality checks to prevent defects and ensure product accuracy
• Troubleshoot common die-cutting defects including misalignment, burrs, glue overflow, deformation, and dimensional deviation
• Maintain machine cleanliness, daily maintenance, and production records
• Support process improvement and minimize material wastage
• Coordinate with Quality and Engineering teams to resolve production abnormalities
• Comply with SOP, safety requirements, and 5S standards
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or above
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on die-cutting production experience
• Familiar with rotary die-cutting machines, flatbed die-cutting machines, laminating equipment, and slitting machines
• Able to perform independent machine setup, alignment, tooling adjustment, waste removal, and troubleshooting
• Familiar with foam, adhesive tape, PET film, conductive materials, copper/aluminum foil, and precision converting materials
• Experience in medical device, precision electronics, or cleanroom manufacturing environment is an added advantage
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and able to work under pressure
• Strong time-management and able to multitask and work independently
• Willing to work overtime when required to support production schedules
• Able to start work immediately or with short notice is preferred.
• Proficient in written and spoken (English & Mandarin preferred)

Working Hours

• Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
• Saturday 8:30am - 12:30pm
