Duties

• Perform die polishing to achieve smooth, precise surfaces using hand tools, power tools, and polishing equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately assemble components according to specifications.
• Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and adjust dies during assembly and polishing processes.
• Operate forklifts safely to move heavy materials or finished parts within the warehouse or manufacturing floor.
• Assemble die components with precision, following detailed schematics and assembly instructions.
• Conduct quality checks using calipers and other measuring tools to ensure dimensional accuracy of finished parts.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in manufacturing, assembly, or related mechanical work environment.
• Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, calipers, and welding techniques is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of machining processes and mechanical systems enhances your effectiveness in this role.
• Warehouse experience including forklift operation is a plus.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic understanding of schematics, manufacturing standards, and quality control procedures.
