What you’ll do

• Diagnose faults and repair tooling/die equipment for optimal output.
• Perform preventive maintenance and thorough inspections.
• Work side-by-side with engineering and production to resolve issues quickly.
• Apply precision measurement practices to confirm quality.
• Record all maintenance and repair activities accurately.
• Contribute to new tooling design and fabrication when required.
• Provide training and guidance to junior techs on safe, effective practices.

Must-haves

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification a plus.
• Five or more years in tool and die repair.
• Deep understanding of machining processes and materials.
• Skilled with precision measuring tools and shop equipment.
• Detail-oriented, strong analytical ability.
• Team-oriented with strong communication; able to work independently.
• Committed to safety in every task.
