What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair diesel tractors and other agricultural equipment.
• Diagnose and address issues in engines, transmissions, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
• Maintain detailed service records and manage parts inventory.
• Conduct test drives to ensure repairs are effective.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
• Travel to local farms for on-site equipment repairs as needed.

What You Bring

• Experience in diesel engine maintenance; agricultural equipment experience is a plus.
• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy parts and equipment.
• Clear communication skills and a willingness to learn.
• A team-first attitude—reliability and respect are essential.
• A valid driver's license; CDL preferred but not required.
