What You'll Do

Maintain and repair heavy-duty trucks and trailers

Diagnose mechanical issues and solve problems efficiently your expertise directly impacts the team

Deliver excellent, quality service to our customers, both in our shops and on road service calls

Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used

Collaborate with a close-knit team to hit service goals

Pitch in on occasional weekends when the work demands it

What You Bring

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a diesel mechanic required

Your own set of tools required

High school diploma or equivalent

Class A or B CDL preferred, not required

PA Class 8 Inspection License preferred, not required

Benefits & Compensation

$28$39 per hour based on experience and skill level

Full-time position with occasional weekend work

Paid time off (PTO) accrues weekly and grows with your tenure: 80 hours/year for years 14, up to 120 hours/year for years 59, and up to 160 hours/year once you reach year 10+
