Diesel Technician / Diesel Mechanic

Pay: $25–$45 per flagged hour (flat rate), based on experience and certifications.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM. No weekends.

Coad Chevrolet is hiring an experienced diesel technician. If you know diesel trucks and take pride in your work, we want to talk with you.

What You’ll Do

• Find and fix diesel engine problems.
• Perform oil changes and routine maintenance.
• Repair fuel, electrical, and emissions systems.
• Use scan tools to find faults.
• Read repair guides and wiring diagrams.
• Keep clear notes on repairs and parts used.
• Work with our service team to finish jobs on time.
• Keep your work area clean and safe.

What You’ll Need

• Experience as a diesel technician or diesel mechanic.
• Strong diesel repair and diagnostic skills.
• Experience with shop tools and scan tools.
• A valid driver’s license.
• A focus on quality work and teamwork.

ASE or factory certifications are a plus.
