We are looking for a skilled Diesel Mechanic to keep our tractors and trailers running strong, safe, and on the road. If you love diagnosing problems, fixing what's broken, and taking pride in a job done right, we want you on our team.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair diesel engines, brakes, suspension, transmissions, and electrical systems on our fleet
• Perform preventive maintenance inspections to keep our trucks ahead of breakdowns
• Conduct DOT and OSHA-compliant inspections and repairs
• Document your work clearly on repair orders — parts, labor, and notes
• Jump in on road calls and emergency repairs when the team needs you
• Help keep the shop safe, organized, and running like a well-oiled machine (pun intended)

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience as a diesel, automotive, or fleet mechanic
• Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to read manuals, diagrams, and repair instructions
• A valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in various weather conditions

Bonus Points For

• DOT Certification — pay bump available! Certified inspectors earn above the base range
• CDL (Class A or B)
• ASE Certifications (T-Series or A-Series)
• Fleet maintenance software experience
• Welding or fabrication skills
