Diet Assistant

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience

Qualification:

• Bachelor's in Human Nutrition & Dietetics

Job Description:

• Assist dietitians in implementing prescribed therapeutic diets.
• Process and update patient diet orders accurately.
• Prepare and distribute meals according to individual dietary requirements.
• Monitor patients' meal intake and report concerns to the dietitian.
• Maintain accurate dietary records, meal tallies, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and infection control standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality nutritional care.
