Magnolia Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking a dependable and hardworking Dietary Aide to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring our residents receive excellent meal service in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Position Details:

• Full-Time / Part-Time Opportunities Available
• Flexible Scheduling (weekends & holidays required as needed)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with meal preparation and food portioning
• Set up trays and deliver meals to residents in a timely manner
• Ensure accuracy of meal trays based on dietary restrictions
• Clear trays and assist with dishwashing after meals
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas
• Follow all food safety and infection control procedures
• Stock supplies and assist with kitchen organization
• Work closely with dietary and nursing teams to meet resident needs

Qualifications:

• Previous dietary or food service experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
