What they need
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Counts money and keeps record in accordance with business office practices
Serve breakfast for patients and serve lunches for staff/visitors in cafeteria
Complies with health and safety regulations per Indiana food code
Adheres to departmental policies and procedures
Stocks the condiment and cereal area in kitchen and cafeteria
Fulfill nurse requests for patient dietary needs and washes/puts away pt dishes
Keeps tables and cafeteria line clean
Performs other duties as assigned

HS Graduate or Equivalent

Job Requirements:
Reliable transportation
Serve Safe Certification within 12 months of hire
Leadership skills - ability to work with limited supervision and provide guidance to peers
Knowledge of textured and therapeutic diets
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Abides by all HIPAA (Health Information and Portability Accountability Act) guidelines
Abides by all hospital policies and procedures
Excellent communication skills
