About the Role

As a Senior Living Dietary Services Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our residents enjoy nutritious, delicious meals that enhance their quality of life. This position is perfect for someone with at least one year of experience in dietary services or food preparation who is committed to creating a positive dining experience for older adults.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals that meet residents’ dietary needs and preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the highest standards of quality.
• Collaborate with the care team to accommodate special dietary requirements or restrictions.
• Build meaningful connections with residents, fostering a welcoming and enjoyable dining atmosphere.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in dietary services, food preparation, or a related field.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to follow meal plans and dietary guidelines with precision.
• Team Player: Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues and residents.
