We are currently looking for a positive, energetic staff to join our Dietary team. As an aide you will be responsible for helping serve nutritious and appetizing meals to create a wonderful dining experience for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Portion food for meals, snacks, and beverages following specific procedures
• Prepare texture‐modified and therapeutic diets safely and accurately
• Serving food ensuring food safety and hygiene procedures are followed at all times.
• Use appropriate tools when preparing/serving food and recording temperatures of the food.
• Staying current on the individual procedures and protocols.
• Setting up and taking down dining areas and assisting with general cleaning of kitchen, appliances and dishes
• Other duties related to food and nutrition as assigned

Qualifications

• Able to follow directions verbally and as written
• Ability to attend work as scheduled
• Ability to read and write basic English
