A Day in the Life of a Dietary Aide

As a Dietary Aide, you will play an important role in making mealtimes enjoyable and comfortable for our residents.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Preparing and serving meals, snacks, and beverages according to established procedures.

• Assisting with meal preparation while following residents' dietary needs and restrictions.

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen and dining environment.

• Working closely with our dietary team and kitchen staff.

• Helping create a welcoming and pleasant dining experience for our residents.

• Following food safety, sanitation, and infection-control guidelines.

• Working as part of a supportive and professional team.

• Performing other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Dependable and responsible work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to help others.
• Ability to work professionally and harmoniously with coworkers.
• Previous dietary, food service, healthcare, or long-term care experience is a plus!
