We are seeking a Full-Time Day Shift Dietary Aide to join our team at The Woods, a compassionate and supportive community in Monticello, Arkansas. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by providing exceptional meal service and support.

What You'll Do

• Assist with meal prep, plating, and serving for breakfast and lunch
• Deliver meals to residents with accuracy, kindness, and attention to dietary needs
• Keep the dining room and service areas clean, organized, and welcoming
• Wash dishes, restock supplies, and support the cook as needed
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection-control guidelines
