Louisville Gardens is seeking a dependable and team-oriented Full-Time Dietary Aide / Cook to join our dietary team! Join a Great Place to Work® Certified organization where employees are valued and appreciated.

Position Overview:

• Work primarily as a Dietary Aide throughout the week
• Cook every other weekend
• Cook every other Monday and Friday
• Assist with meal preparation, serving, and tray assembly
• Follow resident diet orders, portion guidelines, and food safety standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen and dining area
• Assist with dishes, sanitation, stocking, and other dietary department needs
• Work collaboratively with the dietary and nursing teams to provide excellent service to our residents

Qualifications:

• Previous dietary, kitchen, or cooking experience preferred
• Long-term care or healthcare experience is a plus
• Dependable and able to work the rotating cooking schedule
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Commitment to food safety and sanitation standards
