Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and attentive Server to join our dining services team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional dining experiences to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and satisfaction during mealtimes.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve meals and beverages to residents in a courteous and professional manner.
• Assist residents with needs during dining, providing support and encouragement as needed.
• Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a healthy dining environment.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to address any special dietary needs or preferences.
• Monitor residents during meals to ensure their well-being and report any concerns to appropriate staff.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas as required.

• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support seniors with memory impairments.
