As a Dietary Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dietary department, ensuring that our patients receive high-quality food and service. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train dietary staff to ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Plan, prepare, and serve menus in accordance with patient nutritional needs and preferences
• Monitor and maintain food inventory, ordering supplies as needed
• Ensure that food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain accurate records of food purchases, inventory, and waste
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and well-being
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a dietary or culinary role
• Certificate in Dietary Management or related field
• FT/PT schedule with weekends required
• Must pass drug and background check, as well as physical examination
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
