What You'll Do

• Prepare meals according to menus, recipes, and production schedules
• Follow diet orders, portions, and food consistency requirements
• Maintain proper food temperatures and food-safety standards
• Assist with meal service and tray preparation
• Follow sanitation and infection-prevention procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen
• Work closely with the dietary and healthcare teams

What We're Looking For

• Cooking or food-service experience preferred
• Restaurant experience welcomed
• Healthcare or institutional cooking experience is a plus
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Knowledge of basic food preparation and food safety
• Ability to follow recipes, menus, and diet instructions
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
