Qualifications

• Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a kitchen setting
• Strong food handling and service skills, with a background in the food industry
• Excellent knife skills and meal preparation abilities
• Experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide
• Knowledge of menu planning and fine dining practices
• Familiarity with catering and serving techniques

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to dietary guidelines and menu plans.
• Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed.
• Assist in meal preparation and presentation, utilizing knife skills and culinary techniques.
• Collaborate with the dietary department to meet the nutritional needs of residents.
• Provide excellent food service and support during meal times, ensuring a fine dining experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $18.00 per hour
