Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily food service operations, including meal planning, food preparation, and presentation
• Manage a team of dietary staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery
• Ensure compliance with dietary regulations and standards, such as Medicare and Medicaid guidelines
• Develop and implement effective budgeting and inventory management strategies
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create menus that meet the nutritional needs of our residents
• Respond to resident dietary needs and preferences, making adjustments as necessary
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory, menu planning, and budgeting

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience as a Dietary Manager or Supervisor
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Nutrition or related field preferred
• Compassionate and customer-focused approach to resident care
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of dietary regulations and standards
