Dietary Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Supervise dietary staff, including dietitians, cooks, and servers, to ensure efficient and effective meal service
• Develop and maintain menus, recipes, and nutrition plans that meet the dietary needs of our residents
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure menu items meet nutritional standards and are prepared according to established protocols
• Coordinate dietary services with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory management, meal production, and staff performance evaluations
• Collaborate with the Chef to ensure menu planning and food preparation meet high standards of quality and presentation
• Develop and implement processes to improve food safety, quality, and efficiency

Dietary Supervisor Requirements:

• Prior experience in a dietary supervision role preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with food service operations, including menu planning, food production, and inventory management
