What they need
Essential Nutrition, Inc is a leading provider of nutrition services in long term care. We are currently seeking a Dietetic Technician for a Long Term Care facility in the Toledo, OH area. This is a permanent/long term, contract position 8-16 hours per week (depending on availability and how hours will be split with supervising RD)
Key Requirements:
Coordinate nutritional care of patients by completing nutrition assessments which are appropriate per established policies and procedures
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver quality nutrition care
Experience with electronic charting and the Nutrition Care Process
Ability to perform work independently with minimal training
Understanding of the State and Federal
Regulations associated with the industry
Thorough knowledge of MDS 3.0 Section K
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
