Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients' nutritional requirements
- Prepare individualized diet plans
- Provide nutritional counselling to patients and attendants
- Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff regarding patient diets
- Monitor patients' nutritional progress
- Maintain proper diet-related records and documentation
Skills Required
- Good communication and counselling skills
- Knowledge of therapeutic diets
- Patient-friendly attitude
- Ability to work in a hospital environment
- Good teamwork and documentation skills
