Dietician trainer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Dietician Trainer to train, mentor, and support dieticians across our branches. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering nutrition training, developing diet plans, ensuring standardized consultation practices, and improving the overall quality of nutrition services.|

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct induction and ongoing training programs for new and existing dieticians.
• Train dieticians on nutrition assessment, diet planning, and lifestyle modification.
• Develop and update standardized diet plans and nutrition protocols.
• Ensure all dieticians follow company SOPs and consultation standards.
• Monitor the quality of nutrition consultations and provide feedback for improvement.
• Conduct practical and theoretical training sessions.
• Evaluate trainee performance through assessments and case studies.
• Coordinate with clinical, therapy, and branch teams to ensure integrated patient care.
• Stay updated with the latest nutrition research and wellness trends.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, manuals, and SOPs.
• Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.
• Support the launch of new nutrition programs and services.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition and diet planning.
• Excellent training, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor and coach dieticians.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
