Dietitian

We are looking for a qualified and passionate Dietitian to join our team at our 5-star luxury resort in Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and recommend balanced and nutritious meal plans for guests and employees.
• Provide professional dietary and nutritional guidance based on individual requirements.
• Work closely with the Executive Chef and Kitchen team to develop healthy and special-diet menus.
• Support menu planning for dietary requirements, allergies, intolerances, and lifestyle preferences.
• Ensure nutritional standards, food safety, and hygiene requirements are maintained.
• Conduct nutritional assessments and provide appropriate dietary recommendations.
• Promote healthy eating and wellness initiatives within the resort.
• Assist in developing wellness, weight-management, and healthy lifestyle programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
• Relevant professional certification/licence as required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Dietitian/Nutritionist, preferably within a 5-star hotel, resort, wellness centre, hospital, or healthcare environment.
• Strong knowledge of nutrition, special diets, food allergies, and healthy menu planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with chefs, F&B teams, and other departments.
• Candidates currently available in Bahrain will be preferred.
