We have an exciting opportunity at an acute care facility in Fort Wayne, IN for 24 hours per week!

Position Highlights
- Conduct clinical nutrition assessments
- Document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system
- Calculate TF/TPN as needed
- Collaborate with IDT team
Ideal Candidates
- Credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
- State Dietetic Licensure
- Strong communication skills and a clientcentered mindset
- Positive, professional attitude
