Dietitian PART TIME

Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a dedicated Consultant Dietitian to join our team! We have an exciting opportunity at a long-term care facility in Dover, TN for 4 hours per week and 8 hours every other week!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct clinical nutrition assessments
• Document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR
• Complete MDS assessments
• Calculate tube feeding regimens
• Provide nutrition recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes

Qualifications:

• CDRcredentialed Registered Dietitian
• Tennessee dietetic licensure
• Strong communication and clientcentered approach
• Positive, professional attitude
