Salary: S$4,500 - S$7,000

Our client, a leading global company in the semiconductor manufacturing industry, is seeking a Diffusion Process Engineer to join their team.

【Responsibilities】

• Monitor and take ownership of in-line SPC, defect, and equipment abnormalities, ensuring timely handling, investigation, and disposition.
• Manage productivity improvement projects, particularly for new processes, by applying process characterization and analytical tools to optimize process conditions and enhance technology performance.
• Establish and optimize process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment to ensure process stability and production line performance.
• Evaluate and develop new equipment, materials, and processes to support continuous improvement and technology advancement.

【Requirements & Preferences】
(Must)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in semiconductor foundry module processes.
• Proficiency in Chinese to communicate effectively with internal and external Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of process development, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in leading cross-functional teams and managing projects related to process improvement or technology transfer.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex process issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Experience with SPC, 8D reporting, DOE, FMEA, and PMO methodologies will be preferred.
• Willingness to work on a shift basis. Shift schedules vary by department and are assigned by the respective manager. Shifts are not scheduled frequently, and further details will be explained during the interview.

(Advantageous)

• Experience with advanced technology nodes of 22nm and below will be highly advantageous.
