What they need
About the role
We're looking for a skilled digger operator experienced with quarry work based in North Canterbury. This assignment is one to two months and could extend.
Key responsibilities
- Operating diggers (14T, 20T) and rollers in the civil industry
- Maintaining a strong safety mindset on site
- Understanding and adhering to Health & Safety requirements
About you
- Experience in the civil industry operating diggers (14T, 20T) and rollers
- Confident, competent operator with a strong safety mindset
- Class 2 clean driver's licence with W, T, R endorsements
- Must have a great understanding of Health & Safety
- Must pass pre-employment drug test
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent with attendance
- Strong communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Able to work independently without supervision
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to pass all pre-employment checks, including drug testing
