Digital Advertising Executive

Working Arrangement: 5 days per week, as scheduled by the Company

Working hour: 9 hours per day, inclusive of 1 hour meal break

Remark: Rotation arrangement may be required during peak period.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and optimize TikTok advertising campaigns across multiple accounts to achieve campaign objectives.
2. Prepare and analyze daily and weekly performance reports, providing actionable optimization insights.
3. Monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
4. Collaborate with teams on campaign planning, audience targeting, and creative testing.
5. Support campaign scaling through performance analysis, budget management, and bidding optimization.
6. Keep up with TikTok advertising trends and platform updates to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

1. At least 1 year of relevant experience
2. Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
3. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
4. Interest in digital advertising, e-commerce, or the TikTok ecosystem
5. Comfortable handling data organization and repetitive operational tasks
6. Prior experience with advertising platforms is a plus

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

1. Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads
2. Background in e-commerce or live commerce industries
3. Ability to read and understand basic backend data in both English and Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers
