Digital Advertising Manager (Meta)

The Digital Advertising Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and improving paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms to support business growth and customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
• Allocate and optimize advertising budgets.
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
• Build customer acquisition and retargeting strategies.
• Test creatives, audiences, and campaign structures.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking and reporting.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Meta advertising.
• Strong understanding of campaign optimization and reporting.
• Hands-on experience managing ₱500,000+ in monthly Meta advertising budgets, supported by measurable KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, or conversion growth.
• Experience handling multiple campaigns simultaneously is an advantage.

Work Arrangement: On-site for the first month, (6 days/week) at our Binondo, Manila office. After the first month, the role will transition to a hybrid work arrangement, subject to company policy and performance.
