About the Role

Indo Property Hub is a growing digital property agency looking for a friendly, organised and professional person to join our team in a Digital Agency Front Desk role.

This is more than a traditional receptionist position. You will help keep the office running smoothly while supporting our administration and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors to the office in a friendly and professional manner
• Monitor and respond to messages received through the company WhatsApp
• Assist administration and marketing staff with day-to-day tasks
• Provide basic administrative support, including documents and data entry
• Help keep office information and records organised
• Keep the reception and front-desk area clean, tidy and presentable
• Answer or direct incoming enquiries when required
• Help with simple marketing or digital tasks when needed
• Support the team with general office duties

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, polite and professional manner
• Good communication skills
• Comfortable using computers, email and WhatsApp
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel is an advantage
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Organised and able to manage several small tasks
• Willing to learn new systems and digital tools
• Able to work independently during quieter periods
• Presentable and comfortable interacting with visitors and customers
• Previous receptionist, administration, customer service or office experience is an advantage, but not essential

The Right Person

We're looking for someone who is reliable, positive and willing to learn.

The office can be busy at times, but there will also be quieter periods. During these times, we expect you to take initiative and assist the team rather than simply wait for the next visitor.
