Digital / AI Process Implementation Coordinator

Forward Insurance Managers Ltd. is a Canadian InsurTech Managing General Agent (MGA) partnering with brokers and insurers to deliver specialized coverage solutions. We are seeking a Digital/AI Process Implementation Coordinator to join the team.

Location: Vancouver, BC

Key Accountabilities

• Partner with teams across the business to understand workflows, identify inefficiencies, and uncover automation opportunities.
• Evaluate and recommend AI, automation, and process improvement solutions.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, effort, and feasibility.
• Support implementation, change management, and user adoption.
• Track and report on efficiency gains and business outcomes.
• Ensure recommendations reflect Canadian P&C insurance operations and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, consulting, or project management.
• Experience in Canadian P&C insurance, ideally with a carrier, MGA, or brokerage.
• Knowledge of AI, automation, and digital workflow tools.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into practical business solutions.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Salary Range: CAD $60,000–$90,000

Actual pay may be below or above range based on candidates' knowledge, skills, and level of ability relative to expectations for the role applied to. Candidates with salary expectations outside of the range are encouraged to apply.

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
