Digital Aircraft Program Manager

Your Tasks

• Execute a strategic digital aircraft development program, ensuring schedules, cost control, risk mitigation and on-time delivery
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across IT, Engineering and Business Aviation within a matrix organization
• Align closely with the Digital Aircraft Manager, Digital Aircraft Functional Managers and Digital Product Manager to ensure requirements and customer needs are met
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to maintain clear scope, objectives and deliverables
• Monitor program performance, managing progress, budget, risks and governance, including Steering Committee reporting
• Prepare financial inputs for strategic decisions like pricing and coordinate legal as well as contractual requirements

With this you convince us

• University degree in Engineering, IT, Aviation or a related technical field, with strong expertise in project or program management within aviation
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects, with solid knowledge of processes and implementation practices
• Proven ability to lead digital transformation initiatives and integrate digital technologies
• Strong communication skills in English C1 level and presentation skills, with the ability to report effectively to senior stakeholders
• Highly organized, proactive and reliable
• Strong planning, coordination and prioritization skills
