Key responsibilities

- Provide basic support and troubleshooting for digital banking-related enquiries.
- Promote the adoption and usage of digital banking services.
- Assist with general customer enquiries and provide a positive customer experience.
- Support day-to-day branch operations when required.
About you
- Minimum 1 year of prior experience as a Digital Ambassador within the banking industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a professional and approachable personality.
- Comfortable assisting customers with digital banking platforms and technologies.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
