About the role

As a Digital Analyst (m/f/d) , you will ensure the optimal measurability of our digital products and create the foundation for data-driven business decisions. Working closely with Product, Development, and Business teams, you will actively shape and advance PAYBACK’s Digital Analytics landscape.

Your day-to-day work

• You shape PAYBACK’s Digital Analytics strategy together with the Digital Analytics team and our business stakeholders
• You develop functional and technical tracking concepts for our digital channels, especially the PAYBACK App
• You ensure high data quality and continuously optimize existing tracking implementations
• You advise Product and Development teams on tracking, measurement concepts, and digital analytics
• You support the use of Adobe Analytics as a self-service solution and create standardized dashboards for our Business Units
• You lead analytics projects and drive the further development of methods, processes, and standards within the Digital Analytics environment

You’re a great fit for this role if …

• You have successfully completed a degree in (Business) Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field
• You own practical experience in Digital Analytics and are confident working with Adobe Analytics
• You have experience implementing and optimizing tracking solutions for web and app environments
• You enjoy collaborating with Product and Development teams and understand their requirements
• You approach complex challenges with a structured mindset and develop pragmatic solutions
• You stand out through your team spirit, sense of ownership, and very good English as well as German skills
