Responsibilities Research vendors and digital solutions for new systems, and prepare comparison summaries Support tender/RFP preparation, including compiling documents and vendor materials Organize and archive historical project files

Take meeting minutes and track action items for vendor and project meetings Assist with UAT for new systems, including preparing test cases and logging issues Prepare user guides, training materials and FAQs (Chinese and English) Handle day-to-day administrative tasks
