Job Description

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software systems and AI-powered applications based on client requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Build and manage system infrastructure, including data pipelines, storage, and computational environments, and AI model integration frameworks.
• Conduct comprehensive testing (functional, performance, and security) to ensure system reliability.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed solutions.
• Document processes, workflows, and system architecture for knowledge sharing.
• Stay updated on advancements in programming, system development, Generative AI, AI agents, and large language model (LLM) technologies..
• Propose and implement improvements for system efficiency and performance.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, data privacy laws, and industry regulations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software technology, or a related field (professional qualifications are a plus).
• Proficient in software development, particularly in web-based solutions, database implementation, and AI application development and deploymen.
• Minimum 3 years of IT experience in a related function (e.g., analyst programmer, system programmer/support, web designer, web developer, or web master) within the past 10 years.
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases; familiarity with NoSQL or other database types is an advantage.
• Proficiency in coding languages and common frameworks, e.g. Python and JavaScript etc.
