Digital Assembly Engineer with German language

What To Expect

• An interdisciplinary team focused on creating digital assembly instructions;

• Visualization of production processes from initial concept to implementation on the production floor:

• Composition of components based on existing 3D models;

• Generation of images based on the created 3D models to visualize the individual assembly steps in compliance with regulations;

• Creation of electronic assembly instructions using the generated images for production workers;

• Verification of technical implementation regarding the up-to-date status of 3D models, collisions, assembly sequence, etc.;

• Reviewing the process implementation with regard to workflows and specifications;

• Identifying opportunities for optimization in terms of quality (process documentation) and efficiency (master templates/procedures);

• Career development opportunities:

• Interface role;

• Module responsibility.

What You Bring Along

• Excellent written and spoken German (C1 level or higher) and in English language;

• Experience and knowledge in assembly and process planning;

• Experience and knowledge of Digital Factory tools:

• Creo Parametric / CAD software;

• Creo Illustrate;

• ELAM (electronic line connection for assembly);

• TIO;

• SAP;

• Experience and knowledge of Office 365;

• Preferred: a degree in a technical field;

• Self-motivation, ability to work in a team, and commitment to quality.
