Digital Asset Manager

We are looking for a Digital Asset Manager to support a Contract assignment in Clarksville, Maryland. In this role, you will help build and maintain a well-structured image library that supports website content across communities and locations. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in handling digital images, metadata, and asset organization.

Responsibilities:

• Source high-quality stock photography that accurately reflects featured communities and geographic areas while ensuring appropriate licensing is in place.

• Apply established file-naming standards so image assets remain consistent and easy to identify across the library.

• Arrange and maintain digital files within Dropbox using a clear folder hierarchy based on state, county, and community.

• Track asset progress in a spreadsheet, recording community details, file names, and completion updates for ongoing visibility.

• Prepare completed image collections for external vendor access so URLs can be generated for website use.

• Review digital assets for relevance, quality, and alignment with content needs before final submission.

• Support metadata accuracy and asset classification to improve searchability and long-term file management.

• Experience working with digital asset management processes and image libraries.

• Ability to organize large volumes of digital files with strong attention to detail.

• Familiarity with metadata, tagging practices, and standardized naming conventions.

• Experience sourcing digital images and confirming proper usage rights or licensing.

• Proficiency with spreadsheet tracking and file organization tools such as Dropbox.

• Strong written communication skills and the ability to follow defined organizational standards.

• Ability to manage a Contract assignment independently and meet deadlines reliably.
