About the Role: Organize and maintain digital file systems, document storage, and account permissions across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer content organization, security access rules, and file archiving policies.
- Ensure smooth document searchability, system stability, and user support.
- Partner with IT teams to keep enterprise content systems up-to-date.
Qualifications:
- Experience in system administration for Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platforms.
- Strong organization skills and understanding of digital document workflows.
Work Setup: Day Shift | Hybrid (2x/week RTO in Mandaluyong)
