Digital Associate

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various teams across the agency to support campaigns and projects from development to execution
• Monitor KPIs for social media campaigns
• Update and maintain documentation and database for social media
• Utilize online digital tools to help measure campaign effectiveness
• Extract digital reports, analyze data, interpret results, and provide recommendations to improve digital campaigns
• Manage digital campaigns and day-to-day activities. This includes writing for social media platforms, conceptualizing campaigns, and other related tasks
• Produce content based on project requirements (graphics/layout, photo/video, captions, etc)
• Identify trends, insights, and optimize spend based on insights
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Build and maintain company’s social media presence

Job Requirements:

• Must be a graduate of Communication, Marketing and Advertising.
• Required language: English and Filipino
• At least 1 year of working experience in a related field
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
• Working experience in digital marketing is a plus
• Photography and Adobe Photoshop skills is a plus

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
